Reconstruction of a high end home with historic watertightness issues
This property was renovated by the current owners in the late 1990’s. Some of the design details and construction techniques failed and resulted in signficant structural damage to the property.
The owners took the opportunity, as part of the scope of work, to add and improve what they had previously completed. Part of the work involved rebuilding the back third of property over three stories whilst protecting existing paved areas and the swimming pool. The result is a sound, watertight home with an updated look.
