The director and project manager of Shore Build Ltd, Ash has over 30 years experience in the building industry specializing in high end residential construction.
Ash values communication and sets excellence as the benchmark for the company’s performance. Ash has managed stand alone homes through to multi unit remedial projects and puts down the success of the projects to our strong reliance on systems, procedure and the right personnel.
Shore Build Ltd manages four to five site foremen. All are chosen for their skills and ability to deliver high end results on time and on budget as well as meet our expectations for customer service and management. The foremen collectively manage around 15 staff under them.
Our office is run by an administration manager. All jobs are professionally quantified and quoted. We use a software system designed specifically for the trade to process all time and costs relating to a project. Progress claims are quickly and accurately produced for clients each month for payment.
