Entertainment Pavilion

Home extension to link the pool and garden for entertaining

This unique project was brought to us by Stephen Jones to upgrade and enhance the outdoor spaces adjoining the existing pool and garden.

The project had several challenges including very limited access for materials and machinery as well as a public manhole and stormwater line that was 3.0m deep that needed to be bridged.

Needless to say there was a lot of hand digging and kiwi ingenuity involved to complete the project.

The finished pavilion ties seamlessly in with the existing character home. The Louvretec roof adds a beautiful modern look providing shelter and control of sunlight into the space.
