A brand new architecturally designed home

This building was a collaboration between the owners and the architect, Grant Bulley and is situated on the cliffs of Rothesay Bay.

Like all good things that take time, it took twelve months for the final design to be realised.

Not only is the home visually interesting with a combination of six cladding types, the home is also designed around maintaining optimum ambient temperature for the interior. From the foundations through to the roof structure the building is thermally broken from the exterior envelope to ensure energy efficiency and a year round comfortable living environment.

Not surprisingly, the owners are thrilled with their new home.
