The owner, designer, Shore Build and our associated sub contractors pulled together to work out a concept, budget and timeline for the project
The works consisted of a complete strip out of the existing apartment with the full makeover scheduled for a four week handover. The scope included a new kitchen, two bathrooms, new lighting and switching, new tiled floors, carpet and a full interior repaint. The owner had worked with us on a previous project and knew that we would deliver what was promised. The team worked tirelessly to deliver the project on time. The owner moved in on the scheduled date and was thrilled with the final result.
